The Knock Circular Path

START – at the Knock car parks in Crieff (see previous post how to get there).
Great spot!

TO GET THERE – Follow Ferntower Road up to the end and turn left before golf course.
There is a first car park on the left opposite the Riding Centre or drive up to the Knock car park at the end of a track.
As easy to park at The Basecamp (nice children play area and coffee shop).
Left here before golf course. 
Turn right towards Riding Centre. 
Towards Riding Centre (green building). 
First car park (opposite Riding Centre). 
A bit further, right track to the Knock car park, or left to the Basecamp.

Follow tarmac road for 2 miles. 
Towards signposts. 
Follow Foulford. 
Right path (left goes to Foulford). 
Climb over fence.

Back to Loch Turret tarmac road.
GOOD loop. Path to Foulford looks promising, will be explored soon.
TARMAC road to Loch Turret isn’t the best, a lot of potholes especially towards the end.

START – Glenturret Distillery car park.

The Hosh-Glenturret Distillery-Culcrieff loop (walk)
4 miles approx.
START – at the Hosh footpath, at junction of the A85 and Glenturret Distillery/Monzie road (Dalvreck). Space for 2 or 3 cars (or park at the Glenturret Distillery).

Loch Turret Reservoir (walk)
3.5 miles walk (one way) along the reservoir
START – at the Loch Turret dam car park.
To get to the car park from the A85, follow direction to Monzie, then turn left in front of the Hosh Farmhouse. Follow the road (potholes) and you’ll arrive to a gate that you need to open to get to the car park (for around 20 cars).
BREATHTAKING place!
VERY POPULAR with far more ambitious walkers who go on to do a circuit via the Auchnafree Hill.
