Comrie-Comrie Croft loop (walk)

5 miles approx.

START – Golf course (free) car park in Comrie.

LOVELY loop. Never seen a path so well signposted!

Comrie-Balmuick Farm Road (The Milton)

3 miles approx. (one way)

START – Recycling car park in Comrie (Golf course).

VERY ENJOYABLE walk.
I think the faint path leads to Monument Road (not sure). To explore further (with aqua shoes)…

Alongside Loch Lednock Reservoir (walk)

6 miles

START – Invergeldie car park, Comrie.

FANTASTIC way of spending 3 hours! Gorgeous place.
NO SIGNPOST after first mile. Not clear how to go to Ardeonaig. To explore further.
NO OBVIOUS path to do a loop from the Lednock Power Station. Easier to retrace one’s steps.

Comrie-Kindrochet loop (walk)

8 miles

START – Monument Road in Comrie (close to Deil’s Restaurant).

VARIED scenery – mountain path, forest track, cycle path…
GOOD loop to do, even in winter.

Ross Bridge-Tomanour loop (walk)

Around 4.5 miles

START – Ross Bridge in Comrie.

PEACEFUL walk.
MORE WALKING/EXPLORING to be done from Tomanour.

St Fillans-Lochearnhead-Kingshouse-Callander-Comrie cycle loop

45 miles approx.

START – can be started from one of the above villages/town and done in the opposite direction. This ride starts from St Fillans.

THE ROUTE
First section on the A85 towards Lochearnhead (other option: South Loch Earn Road – minor road).
In Lochearnhead, follow the cycle path (route 7) towards Kingshouse/Strathyre/Callander.
In Callander, Ancaster Road leads to the Bracklinn Falls car park. Follow the tarmac road from the car park, then track, to Glen Artney Church car park (lovely bothy on the way) and to Comrie.
The last 6 miles from Comrie to St Fillans are on a cycle path.

FANTASTIC loop to do. The section from Callander to the bothy is the hardest (very steep climb to reach the Bracklinn Falls car park).

Glen Lednock circular walk

4.75 miles

START at the small car park on Monument Road (not far from the Deil’s Cauldron restaurant). Another option is to park at the School Road car park nearby (free).

VERY PLEASANT walk.
