START – Car park (free) near The Broch Café in Strathyre. Return by bus (C60 – https://bustimes.org/services/c60-callander-killin).

Great walk! Mostly flat. Lovely Retreat to have coffee or lunch on the way.
Started at 9.30 am from Strathyre, took the bus back at 13.48 pm from Callander.
Highly recommended on a sunny day!
START – Lay-by on the right of the A84 roughly a couple of miles before Strathyre coming from Callander. Look out for house with 2 pillars, the start of the path (signposted) is next to it.

Great place! To do after a dry spell as some burn crossings can be tricky. Will carry on to Loch Earn next time.
START – Bochastle car park in Callander. Slightly longer to park here than at the Ben Ledi car park, but the ascent is more gradual, less of a steep start.

Quite a work-out! Worth it as the view at the top is fantastic!
START – Strathyre Forest cabins between Strathyre and Callander. Parking spaces on the left and on the right side of the bridge. Arrive early especially in the summer.

Great loop!
Useful to have directions from the Walkhighlands website (very accurate).
Lovely coffee shop at the Forest cabins.
START – Invertrossachs car park, 3 miles from Callander.

I think the usual way is better, follow Rob Roy Way from car park and return on private road.
START – Invertrossachs Road, Callander.

LOVELY loop, but beware of the midges and horseflies in the summer!
START – Invertrossachs car park, 3 miles from Callander. Turn left exiting car park and walk on private road alongside the loch for less than a mile. Path is signposted.

As easy to start from the Invertrossachs car park and follow the Rob Roy Way straight from there.
Could be boggy according to two walkers I met on the way (wasn’t too bad today).
Also saw 3 mountain bikers having a good time.
Great walk. Will carry on to Aberfoyle next time.
